The results showed that the interaction between psychological capital group and emotional services reached a significant level (b = 0.22, SE = 0.02, β = 0.58, t = 10.141, P < 0.001). Further group linear regression showed that the relationship between emotional labor (M = 3.52, SD = 1.03) and job satisfaction (M = 4.17, SD = 0.80) was negative (b = – 0.25, SE = 0.07, β = – 0.33, t = – 3.896, P <. 001), but the relationship between emotional labor (M = 4.17, SD = 0.47) and job satisfaction (M = 4.93, SD = 0.62) was not significant in the high mental capital group Significant correlation (b = – 0.05, SE = 0.11, β = – 0.04, t = – 0.474, P =. 636). Based on the above research, it is found that psychological capital plays a regulatory role in the relationship between emotional services and job satisfaction, which supports the hypothesis of this study.<br>
