本文运用文献研究法、案例研究法、实地调查法及归纳总结法相结合的方法，首先在网络上、书籍内找出国内外相关文献，并有针对性的进行研究，其次以陕西蒲城永信食品有限公司作为研究对象，从该公司货币资金管理现状出发，深入调查，揭示其在管理过程中存在的问题，认为公司在库存现金管理、银行存款管理以及其他货币资金管理方面存在问题，进而分析其成因，并提出管理货币资金的思路和方法，进而研究企业应该如何提高资金周转率，起到降低资金成本，提高资金的使用收益的作用，从而进一步充分发挥各级单位货币资金管理的积极性和创造性。在这种方法的指导下，货币资金的合理性将会得到改善，然后量身定做，根据自己实际情况建立适合本企业特点的货币资金管理模式，公司的货币资金便能够得到有效的管理，提高企业经济效益。
