This Agreement shall automatically

This Agreement shall automatically extend for further [twelve (12)] month periods and shall continue until terminated at any time (i) by either Party giving the other Party not less than [thirty (30)] days’ written notice to terminate; or (ii) pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.
