We are assisting with a repayment of tax made in error by HMRC. It appears that HMRC has mislaid the form CT61 that was filed in relation a payment of withholding tax of £2,757.22, and as a result they have sent a cheque for this amount to our offices as the registered office of the company. We are currently seeking to correct this error by HMRC so that the payment is allocated correctly in their accounting system.
