近年来,PM2.5已成为大气污染的研究热点问题之一,因其具有更大的比表面积使之更易与有害颗粒物结合的特性而备受重视。PM2.5中附着的重金属因其形态不同而对环境及人体健康的影响有较大差异。本文采用Tessier五步提取法对PM2.5中Cu、Mn、Zn、Cd的化学形态展开了研究,得到以下结论:Cu在正常天气和沙尘天气下各形态平均分布,雨后可交换态增多;Mn在三种天气下均以前三态为主,占了总量的80%以上;Zn的化学形态分布与PH有关,当PH较高时以有机态和残渣态为主,PH降低时以可交换态为主;Cd在三种天气状况下可交换态和碳酸盐结合态所占比例均超过了60%,表现活跃。PM2.5中Cd生物有效性系数最高,Cu和Mn在0.5左右,Zn同样与PH相关。本次研究的结果有助于了解PM2.5中重金属对人体健康和环境的影响,也为包头市大气环境污染的治理提供一定的理论依据。
