D. Pursuant to the Adaptation & Bra

D. Pursuant to the Adaptation & Brand Labelling Global Agreement that came into force on 1 September 2020 executed by Schneider Electric Industries SAS and Wistron, Wistron agreed to manufacture and supply certain products, including those set out in Annex A of this Deed, to SEJH, in accordance with agreed design and technical specifications, and brand labelling specifications provided by SEJH to Wistron (“Products”) for SEJH to resell such Products in market (“Supply Agreement”). In this regard, SEJH is desirous to name itself as the de facto manufacturer of the Products on the ATEX and IECEx certificates for such Products (“Certificates”), and Wistron, as the OEM of the Products, is agreeable to and consents to allow SEJH to state itself as the de facto manufacturer of the Products on such Certificates, and as such authorizes SEJH to make such an application to UL, all in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Deed.
