solution was injected on a Superdex™ 30 column (HiLoad™ Prep Grade, 26 x 600
mm). Elution with 0.15 M NH4HCO3 solution in flow rate of 2 mL/min, while monitoring at 184
nm, provided baseline separation between CB[7] (retention volume, Rv = 270~530 mL) and
iCB[7] (Rv = 660~890 mL). After evaluating the purity of selected fractions by 1H NMR spectra,
fractions were combined and lyophilized to obtain pure iCB[7] (69 mg).
