【報告內容】 Indication: Screening. No previous mammography is available for comparison. Mammography of bilateral breasts with craniocaudal (CC) and mediolateral oblique (MLO) views shows: 1. Composition: The breast tissue is heterogeneously dense (breast composition c), which could obscure detection of small masses and may lower the sensitivity of the mammography. (approximately 51%-75% glandular). 2. Mass or nodule: Mottled nodules without architectural distortion over bilateral breasts, in favor of benign nodules or fibrocystic change. A 8 mm round isodense obscured nodule in the UIQ of left posterior breast. Suggest sonographic correlation. 3. Symmetricity: Symmetric. 4. Calcifications: There are scattered, benign-looking calcifications in bilateral breasts. There is no suspicious microcalcifications. 5. Architectural distortion: No. 6. Skin: Grossly intact. 7. Nipple: Grossly intact. 8. LN status: Benign-looking nodes at bilateral axillas. Final assessment: * BIRADS category 0, indeterminate mammographic finding (need additional imaging evaluation), suggest breast ultrasound correlation.
