At first, this paper analyzes the rare earth permanent magnet BLDCM composition structure, working principle, and to the establishment of rare earth permanent magnet BLDCM mathematical model, based on the mathematical model, were studied permanent magnetic material and control method of BLDCM performance impact.Secondly, the article further analysis influence of permanent magnetic material on the performance of BLDCM, and several commonly used permanent magnetic material characteristics are studied in detail, for different permanent magnet motor performance were compared and analyzed. Through the contrast analysis shows that the neodymium iron boron BLDCM in performance has great advantages, on the basis of this, using the magnetic circuit analysis method of BLDCM performance analysis.Then in the motor mathematical model based on the study of rare earth permanent magnet BLDCM for phase torque suppression principle, to put forward the integral variable structure torque ripple suppression and control of key technologies, design reference current optimization module, two phase model, two-phase mode switch module, three-phase switching mode module and Luenberger full order observer module and so on, and to speed loop PI controller, based on rare earth permanent magnet BLDCM with integral variable structure control system simulation model. The experiment shows that the system using integral variable structure current controller has good inhibition effect on the torque ripple, which can improve the control performance of rare earth permanent magnet BLDCM.Finally, due to the rare earth permanent magnet BDLCM, integral variable structure control system, commutation control, regardless of the switch mode of the two-phase or three-phase switching mode switching control is easy to appear to limit saturated, foundation and the control system, the traditional PI controller is improved on, design a kind of based on integral variable structure of rare earth permanent magnet BLDCM model anti windup model. Experimental results show that based on integral variable structure of rare earth permanent magnet BLDCM new anti windup PI control system, can effectively reduce the overshoot, the speed of the motor response speed, greatly improves the performance.
