I've asked them to check again, especially using the OSD menu method. By now the SMKs has been distributed to many NOAA locations and I don't think the troubleshooting steps were communicated to every operator.Here is another incident that NOAA just emailed to me this morning: Here is a case which happened just this morning. The user had an external jump drive inserted in another port of that computer. Then after he is done, he logically unmounted it. Immediately after that we saw a mouse lockup. We switched off the switch on the back of the KVM and turned it back on to make it work again. Here is the log file if it helps your tech support:
