Because of locating KONSBERG module

Because of locating KONSBERG modules on the MSBD side panels , we need add some mounting plates, PRD sent modification to PD at 2016-7-20.
Because we should locate terminals on the MSBD side panels , PRD will send added mounting plates to PD at 2016-7-22.
