摘要：由于鼻骨骨折在临床上是一个极易错诊、漏诊和过诊的常见损伤，且在以前的人体损伤程度鉴定中对鼻部骨折的鉴定标准存在明显不足，以致严重影响了鉴定意见的客观性和科学性。文章从鼻部的解剖结构和影像学诊断入手，结合实践经验，详细阐述鼻部正常解剖结构与骨折的鉴别、鼻部骨折鉴定的注意事项，以及对相关概念的界定，并对鼻部骨折涉及的评定等级进行探讨。通过对存在争议的问题进行辨析，以达到完善和统一鉴定标准的目的，希望能对鼻部骨折的法医学鉴定起到积极的作用。
