DTAC (Thailand) use net work steeri

DTAC (Thailand) use net work steering on SIM card, ZenFone 5 with Android L, often switch the network to DTAC, do you have another way to fix this for me, I tried to force data on SIM but the problem still the same, the data alert always show 'data reach limit', so I can't access internet although I set another SIM to be use as main internet access. Android KK works fine for this issue.
