Such a pity since we found a misunderstood here.





Your side mentioned receiving 71Y as "2 packages (50 + 21)", but we actually shipped 50 + 25. Let me explain here:





- We sent 71Y to your side at August 18th. It' was seperated to 2 packages 50 + 25


-- For package 50 = 15 + 35. and 25 = 21 + 4 (yes, we did sent you 4Y more in case if any). so the total should be 75Y


--- But for PO, there's 56 + 15.


---- Package 56 (actually is 60) = 35 + 25, it's the same material so the different color couldn't be happen.


----- The wrong color might came from 15Y, But our QC had checked very carefully to avoid any mismatch.

Our shipping mark showed it quite clear about this. Would you kindly check back to your side again?
