我不同意以上的观点，我认为这样做的坏处肯定多于好处。
就像现在所报道的很多因为收取停车费而发生的各类斗殴事件，这就是过于收取停车费所带来的第一个恶劣的影响，另外，收取停车费易导致相关工作人员的不合法行为，导致交通秩序的紊乱。再次，收取停车费只会导致人们有不满心理，这会导致民众对政府的政策产生逆反心理，这是最为严重的结果。
我认为 ，真正想要解决交通拥堵的问题，就应该从根本上解决，让人们增强环保意识，从自己做起。第二，政府应该着力完善公共交通设施，完善公共交通服务，尽量方便人们的日常生活从而减少私家车的使用。最后，应该完善购车的相关政策，尽量减少一家多车的现象。
