Owner agrees to make known to Recipient, and Recipient agrees to receive Confidential Information solely for use in connection with the Purpose and for no other purposes whatsoever. Confidential Information delivered pursuant to this Agreement shall not be used by Recipient for any purpose, except as expressly stated herein, without the express prior written consent of Owner.
