[摘要] 目的 探索军队医院护师值班模式，保证护理质量与安全。方法 建立护师值班制度，明确职责，试点开展的基础上全院推行，比较实行护师值班制前后1年护理质量与患者满意度以及解决护理问题数量。结果 实施护师值班制后，全院平均护理质量评分由97.15上升到98.59，患者满意度由96.35%提高到
99.11%，解决了很多临床护理实际问题。结论 实施护师值班制度，对保障护理质量与安全以及有助于护师实现自我价值。
