Due to time limit of Myanmar long holidays in April and Japanese long holidays will start early May and is it possible for the extension quarter changed as end of June 2015 and the land rent remain as 70USD/s.q.m.?

If we are lucky, maybe our project will be at Free Zone Business before the end of June 2015 and it will save both parties’ time and procedure of commercial tax paid and refund.

If Myanmar government haven’t released the approval of our FZB then, we will proceed the commercial tax for sub-leasing the land of Promotion Zone.

We are underway for the factory building and currently, waiting for the certifications approval from Myanmar government.
