我有關於退款的問題。我在2019年11月11日購買了禮盒，但是被取消了。我到現在都沒有收到禮盒，也沒有收到退款。請問已經退款了嗎?請問有沒有相關文件可以提供給我?有相關文件才能跟銀行說明我不必繳交這部分金額
