KEY SERVICES:
1.Implement Quality OS
2.Supervise the project quality engineers and the team
3.Monitor Model Year Change and Engineering Change implementation.
4.Prepare sample submission complying with PPAP and customer specific requirement.
5.Assure PPAP full approval on time
6.Conduct tooling and first sample release
7.Develop the control plan at every stage, improve quality through FTQ, Red-tag analysis
8.Co-ordinate the problem solving and follow up the preventive and corrective action
9.Run @ Rate study as requested
10.Supervise the quality management for whole manufacturing process, take action for any issue from manufacturing site, and report to management team timely.
11.Train and develop subordinates
12.Follow up corrective and preventive actions and non-conforming products control.
13.Coordinator problem solving and resolution for internal and external quality feedback
14.Authorized to stop the line whenever product quality is out of control.
15.Lean organization
16.Complete task assigned by Quality Manager.
QUALIFICATION:
1. Education Background
a. Bachelor degree or above
b. Major in Engineering
2. Skills and knowledge
a. ISO9000/TS16949 knowledge
b. Good Communicate skill
c.’Well versed in PC operation
d.SPC
3.Working Experience
a. 4 years related experience
b. 1 year in supervisor position
