We found an error in the Phase 2 offer that was recently sent to you. It should read:
Once your reservation is confirmed, you may cancel your contract up to 30 days prior to the standard move-in date for your assigned summer term.
The following statement is for Summer Session A and A&D applicants only:
Once your reservation is confirmed and you choose to cancel your contract, you will be charged a $500 cancellation fee and you will remain responsible for your entire summer costs until an eligible replacement is found.
We apologize for this oversight. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Please note that you may not receive notification for the academic year until after May 10th, but you will be able to cancel your summer reservation on or before June 3rd and still be eligible to receive a refund on your summer housing costs.
