Section ‘‘Introduction’’ consists of 20 items for measuring the five knowledge strategies, including knowledge retrieval, knowledge sharing, knowledge utilization, knowledge storing and knowledge creation, in the school. Section ‘‘Literature Review’’ consists of 30 items for measuring the intellectual capital, including the human capital, internal capital and external capital.
