近年來自願性地理資訊(Volunteered geographic information, VGI)成了地理資訊領域中重要資料的來源，其特點為成本低廉、資料詳盡以及更新即時，本文由開放街圖(OpenStreetMap, OSM)平台擷取實驗區交通大學校區三維建物模型，針對專業人員使用航照影像繪製的建物與OSM中群眾力量建立的建物資訊做比較，從建物基地的幾何、高度屬性資訊等面向探討資料品質，目的為建立OSM建物模型驗證程序並驗證其精度，進而討論兩者間的優劣與互補性。
