目前有关于科技型中小企业成长以及技术创新的研究已经非常普遍，协同创新也已经越来越受到学者们的重视，但是目前关于不同发展阶段中的企业协同创新的研究还比较少。又基于协同创新在科技型中小企业发展中的主要作用，本文从协同创新的角度探讨有利于促进科技型中小协同发展的举措。
