摘 要：动画后期合成是动画影片创作过程中的核心环节，对于影视动画制作有着重要的影响，研究动画后期合成的原则与方法，对于提升动画作品质量有着重要的意义[1]。同时，它的出现影响和推动了影视的发展，成为影视艺术必不可少的一道工序。通过后期合成制作，可以使画面更好的表达剧情内容，让画面更美观。结合《嘿，你在》短片来说，该片是一部写实风格的二维动画，工作主要是调整镜头的运用、画面颜色、特效和声音等，根据我们的剧本和分镜，把需要的效果添加进去，进行整合和处理，从而达到我们想要的整体风格。对本片的后期制作也使自己对动画后期制作有了新的看法，也为自己了以后处理动画后期提供了宝贵经验。
