13. On 18th April 2016, the day of the alleged accident, 3 workers, including the Plaintiff, were assigned to carry tool anchorage heads together. They were supposed to work in rotation, taking turns carrying the tool anchorage heads in pairs so that each worker could also rest in between his respective turns.14.
