13. On 18th April 2016, the day of the alleged accident, 3 workers, including the Plaintiff, were assigned to carry tool anchorage heads together. They were supposed to work in rotation, taking turns carrying the tool anchorage heads in pairs so that each worker could also rest in between his respective turns.14. Given the Plaintiff’s own experience and qualifications and the safety training, tools and equipment provided to him by the 1st and 2nd Defendants, I believe that the Plaintiff’s alleged accident on 18th April 2016 did not occur as a result of negligence on the part of the 1st and 2nd Defendants, but as a result of or contributed to by the Plaintiff’s own fault.
