Seller will send experienced employ

Seller will send experienced employees to Buyer’s construction site for assembly, commissioning and acceptance tests. Buyer will grant the seller unrestricted access to the construction site - including at Weekends and during public holidays. Material and Services are to be provided by Bayer (cranes, media, personnel, test material, etc.) as in the technical specifications.
