Every time I am tired after work and will go to sleep, I always dream I will become a person like Lu Xun, Francis Bacon and Maksim Gorky. All of them are writers, who use their pens to change people’s minds or even impact the world. Many people admire writing, because they want to show their creativity to more and more people. They may use graceful words and complicated literary forms. But I believe even simple words and normal literary forms can also influence people in minds. So I want to combine many important things in history with my writing to tell a different kind of ideology to every person, even impart their life.

Syracuse University has a great history major and the history professors in the university (sush as Carol Falkner, Susan Branson, and so on) are very knowledgeable. The Syracuse University has a very big library---Bird Library,which is the largest library on campas and contais materials in the humanities and social sciences. This allows me to search for any information or data, when I get perplexed or when I have no reasons to prove any academic questions. Besides, my father’s friends who work in USA all tell me that the professors, who teach at Syracuse university, are always very patient and kind. So I do believe that Syracuse University can help me become precise and finally achieve my dream of becoming a popular writer in the future.
