Refer to BSD 1.3 (1 of 3) and LVPS 3 +24 VDC Wirenet (2 of 3) in the following procedure.

Visually inspect the Front Interlock, its actuation mechanism, and open and close the Front Door while inspecting for any obvious cause of failure.
Procedure
Close the Front Door, and PO/PO the Machine.

The Front Door Interlock status indicator switches L on the UI screen when the Front Doors are closed and switches H when the Front Doors are open.

Close the Left and Right Front Door Interlock. Check for continuity between J234-2A and J691-7 on the Sub Driver PWB. Check for continuity between J691-8 on the Sub Driver PWB and J578-1 on the BGM Driver PWB. If the circuit is bad, replace the Left/Right Door Interlock ( PL 13.1).

Close the Left and Right Front Door Interlock. Check for continuity between J234-2A and J691-7 on the Sub Driver PWB. Check for continuity between J691-8 on the Sub Driver PWB and J578-1 on the BGM Driver PWB. If the circuit is bad, replace the Left/Right Door Interlock ( PL 13.1).
