need to verify that you are the account owner. In order to do this,
please reply to me with the first, and last, four digits of the credit
card used to pay for the account, and the expiration date of that credit
card. Once I have verified this information against the account records,
I can assist you further. I have temporarily reset the primary email
address associated with the account to prevent further access to it until
