Due to the new battery regulations

Due to the new battery regulations that all of the lithium ion batteries should not have more than 30% charge in them, or else we will not be able to ship any pieces.  We want that when you ship the batteries to us it should have the 30% charge in them and not less. This regulations will be effect from all shipments and orders after CNY. kindly confirm your understanding and will follow up on it. Let us know if you have any problems, thank you
