Fingertip to distal palmar crease (active and passive) III. Reevaluate AROM/PROM and scar weekly for first 8 weeks and then every 4 weeks. IV. Take strength measurements at 4 to 6 weeks with good-quality tendons and surgeon’s approval,3 at 8 weeks for both good-quality and “frayed” tendons, then at 4-week intervals.3 V. Reevaluate sensibility at 4 weeks, and then at 4-week intervals.
