Conduct(a) If the Master has reason to be dissatisfied with the conduct of any persons placed on board the vessel by the Charterers, the Master shall have the right to refuse to carry any such persons. On receiving particulars of the complaint the Charterers shall promptly investigate the matter and if the complaint proves to be well founded, the Charterers shall as soon as reasonably possible take appropriate disciplinary action against such persons or, in the case of sub- contractors, require their employers to take such action.(b) If the Charterers have reason to be dissatisfied with the conduct of the Master or any Officer or member of the crew, the Owners on receiving particulars of the complaint shall promptly investigate the matter and if the complaint proves to be well founded, the Owners shall as soon as reasonably possible make appropriate changes in the appointment.
