食品中的化学添加剂是指由化学方法合成的一类食品添加剂。食品添加剂是食品不可缺少的重要原料,它们对改善食品质量和色香味、提升食品档次和营养价值以及防腐发挥着积极作用。一般而言，按照食品安全法规正确合理地使用食品添加剂并不会对人体造成很大危害，但是近年来很多商家为牟取利益违规使用和滥用添加剂，引发了一系列的食品安全问题，使得消费者“谈剂色变”。对于这些化学添加剂的危害和检测方法的研究以及对食品安全的监控已经迫在眉睫。本文主要就食品添加剂的概况、存在问题、解决方案等方面展开论述。

It is urgent to study the harm and detection methods of these chemical additives and to monitor food safety. In this paper, the general situation, existing problems, solutions and other aspects of food additives are discussed in this paper.
