When I try to add the widget, the a

When I try to add the widget, the app is asking me to add a city.
As I had a city added, I just choose it, I press "End", but the widget
isn't added to my homescreen.
No error message or something else appears.

*Notes:*

1. Both widgets (4x1 & 4x2) can't be added.
2. I use Greek language. I changed it to English (US), but nothing
changed (the widgets couldn't be added).
3. I've rooted my Asus Zenfone 5 (T00F, WW_a500cg, WW_3.23.40.6)
