Principal Responsibilities
Window person to customer for line technical issues and coordinate customer’scomplaint to ensure each problem solved timely and successfully
Harmonize and prioritize technical standards and requirements cross lines andteams
Functionally head technical service staffs at the customer’s site and train andguide them to optimize the paint techniques according to the real status,reduce the unit consumption and paint costs
Manage customer’s requirements and developments, i.e. receive, bundle, forward,initiate and monitor actions and acquire and continuously enhance his / hermarket knowledge and information on competitors
Take lead for new line trial related technology and new colors
Coordinate with Technical Center and product owners
Ensure reporting
Ensure all activities and processes meet internal and external EHS standards
