Each Party hereby grants to the other Party a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use its name and logo for the purposes of provision and promotion of the Services during the term of the Agreement, however, upon termination of this Agreement each Party shall immediately discontinue such use, without any right of compensation for such discontinuation.
