For the Longteng IBC issue, frankly say I don't know the detail background about it, so hope to fixed it reasonable & asap.

As IBC, either new or 2nd hand, is a very common package material for operation and sell, so the 1st priority is to get the IBCs back as we got common agreement in previous email dated 04/29/2015:

returned second hand IBC needs to be clean and we should know what was the content to avoid cross contamination

Yes, they had ever delivered few trucks of 2nd hand IBC to BPCJ site, but the condition is far away to above mentioned very general requirement, so we rejected. We can send the pictures if you interest.

Of course, if you tell us the 300 RMB/IBC is the most you can get from the customer, we would accept it.
