Please note that we have changed the KYC procedure in order to make it easier for all OneCoin Members. Since 1st February 2016 the following conditions apply:

1. In case your KYC verification status is "Approved" or "Pending"/ "Conditional approved" you are allowed to trade on the Exchage; the ASK button will be enabled;

2. In case your KYC verification status is "Approved" or "Pending"/ "Conditional approved" but you still have unpaid Gift Codes - the ASK button will be disabled and you will not be allowed to trade on the Exchange until the codes are paid

3. In case your KYC verification status is changed from "Pending"/ "Conditional approved" to "Declined" - the ASK button will be disabled and you will not be allowed to trade on the Exchange, until you submit proper documents, as per the official requirements;

4. In case your KYC verification status is "Declined" or you have never uploaded any documents, the ASK button will be disabled and you will not be allowed to trade on the Exchange, until you submit proper documents, as per the official requirements;
