摘要：本实验检测的是不同浓度的吐温80在不同的时间对斑马鱼维生素E浓度的影响，维生素E最突出的化学作用是抗氧化作用，它在增强细胞的抗氧化作用方面有着突出的效果。人类长期缺乏维生素E可能引起各种疾病。
随着人类社会的进步，越来越多的高科技产品被应用，同样越来越多的生化产品被应用到人类生活的各个方面，它们对人类乃至整个地球的生物圈产生了诸多影响。为此，本实验以斑马鱼为研究对象，研究不同浓度的吐温80在不同的时间对斑马鱼维生素E浓度的影响，从而为人类进一步研究其它生化产品对生物的影响奠定基础。

Abstract: the detection of different concentrations of Tween 80 in the different time of zebrafish vitamin E concentration effect, chemical effect of vitamin E is the most prominent is antioxidant, it in enhancing cellular antioxidant effect has a prominent effect. Human long-term lack of vitamin E may cause a variety of diseases.
With the progress of human society, more and more high-tech products are applied the same biochemical products more and more is applied to all aspects of human life, they to human and even the entire Earth biosphere produced many effects. Therefore, this experiment with zebrafish as the research object, study different concentrations of Tween 80 in different time of zebrafish vitamin E concentration effect, so as to further human study other biochemical products of biological effects of lay the foundation.
