Dependences of optical density D on wavelength of incident light λ were obtained. Dependences lg D-lg λ were constructed for model system konjac glucomannan (0.4%): xanthan gum (0.6%): WPI (1%). Measurement of optical density D of model system was carried out immediately after preparation of sample, and also after 2 h, 4 h and 8 h (Fig. 5).

得到入射光λ的波長的光密度d的相關性。依賴性LG d-LGλ構建為模型系統魔芋葡甘聚醣（0.4％）：黃原膠（0.6％）：WPI（1％）。模型系統的光學密度d的測定樣品製備後立即進行，和（圖5）也後2小時，4小時和8小時。
