Flaxseed ... black seed oil and granular cheese. For my wife, I have found a good recipe for the improvement of COPD. 4 tablespoons turmeric / 6 tablespoons pure honey / water / garlic (3 cloves) and juice of one lemon. All while cooking to make syrup. Then every day 3 teaspoons of it taking (in the morning, noon and evening). It works. You can better breathe. I wish you a nice day in happiness and health
