Information Technology Dept. 3.The Dept. is working with CB&CC BU to launch Text Customer Service (智能客服), i.e. machine-learning-based customer service via text communication. As it is now at UAT phase with Bank’s staffs invited to test the system, the Dept. is recommended to set UAT hurdle rate, such as min. success rate of trail, by min. # of trials, so that the Dept. is able to collect meaningful test result from sizeable # of trials for effective system assessment.
