Two simplified equations to calcula

Two simplified equations to calculate the seismic bending moment capacity and shearing force capacity are proposed respectively, in which the positive synergetic effect of hybrid fibers is taken into consideration. The accuracy of these two equations is proved to be adequate, which satisfies the requirement of engineering applications.
