“问题学生”作为教育特殊群体，近年随着经济的增长在飞速壮大，已经成为教育界争先研究的教育对象,而在这其中，关于农村小学“问题学生”的研究相对较少。小学阶段是孩子发展的关键时期，他们在这期间所养成的个性特征、学习习惯、道德素养等将直接影响其人生走向。因此关注农村小学“问题学生”，探究其成因，找到解决问题的方法，至关重要。
本文首先阐述了本课题研究的意义，接着从“问题学生”的概念入手，将“问题学生”分为学习问题型、行为问题型和心理问题型三类；在农村小学“问题学生”的形成原因分析中，重点是对家庭原因、学校原因和社会原因进行分析；在农村小学“问题学生”教育误区的分析中，以教育实习为背景，提炼出：教师用发展的眼光看待学生、忽视“问题学生”和对学生评价出现偏差三个观点；最后针对农村小学“问题学生”形成的原因和教育误区，从家庭教育者、学校教育者和社会三个方面出发，提出农村小学“问题学生”教育的主要方法。其中，家庭教育者应该改变教养方式，理解孩子并约束言行，改善家庭环境，学会与孩子沟通；农村小学学校教育者应该改变教育理念，给予“问题学生”特殊的关爱和期待、采取奖励与惩戒并存的教育方式、树立正确的学生观，尊重与了解学生；而社会则需要与家庭和学校合力，改变农村小学周边的育人环境，希望在三方共同努力之下，每个农村小学“问题学生”都能回到健康成长的道路上继续前行。
