经足背动脉与桡动脉垂直采血法比较分析

【摘要】目的 比较垂直采血法经足背动脉与桡动脉穿刺方法。方法 观察组为164例足背动脉搏动明显的患者，经足背动脉垂直采血法，对照组为随机抽取的164例患者，经桡动脉垂直采血法，对两组穿刺成功率及并发症情况进行比较。结果 观察组一次穿刺成功率高于对照组，在皮下血肿及误抽静脉血等方面的并发症发生率低于对照组。结论 经足背动脉垂直采血法优于经桡动脉垂直采血法，能大大降低皮下血肿等并发症的发生率，减少了护患矛盾，值得在日常护理工作中推广。

Comparative analysis of the dorsal artery of foot perpendicular to the radial artery blood collection "Abstract" objective comparison method of vertical sampling of dorsalis pedis artery and radial artery puncture methods.
