11.1 The Lessor shall repair and remedy such defect in the Condominium or Condominium unit within 30 days from the date of receipt of a notice in writing from the Lessee or Condominium’s Juristic Person, unless such defect requires immediate repair in which case the Lessor shall remedy the defect immediately upon receipt of a written notice.
