The PARTIES agree that CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION of the other PARTY shall be used solely for the PURPOSE agreed herein.Objects, samples, substances or other materials may, without written consent of the other PARTY, not be modified, reverse engineered, decompiled, disassem-bled, reproduced or used to create derived objects, samples, substances or materials.
