At order level, Bacteroidales (0.13%–20.52%), Clostridiales (0.22%–19.56%), Enterobacteriales (0.22%–14.01%), Burkholderiales (3.45%–8.74%), Pseudomonadales (0.03%–10.31%), Rhodobacterales (1.03%–10.85%), Desulfovibrionales (0.21%–14.42%), Xanthomonadales (1.89%–8.22%) and Rhodocyclales (0.99%–5.46%) were dominant in all of the community compositions (Fig. 5b).
