Ich habe von Ihnen die bestellte Ware erhalten. Die Verpackung war auch in Ordnung und der Inhalt soweit auch. Bis auf die KFZ Halterung. Diese war auf der rechten Seite gebrochen und mit Kleber gerichtet. Ich bitte Sie um Ersatzlieferung. Gerne schicke ich Ihnen das beschäftigte Teil auf Ihre Kosten zurück.
